Thats nearly perfect. Only thing i can try to explain is the difference between "du" and "Ihnen".
Its a little bit different to english. in englisch you say allways you but in german we make a difference between people we know well like friends and people we don't know, don't like or respectable people like my boss.
For friends and well known people you use "du, dir, dein,..."
For all others you use "Sie, Ihnen, Ihre..." In this case you write it allways in uppercase.
This has to do something with respect.
I don't know if u can understand that. German is a dificult language :)
So your sentence was gramaticaly correct but normaly you would ask "Geht es dir gut"

Yes I feel very well. I'm still in love with my girlfriend and we have a realy nice time together :) My Job sucks a little bit but it will become better soon.
